Development of coordination, understanding of complex rhythms and confidence in self expression will be emphasized throughout the semester. Our teaching artists will work with students to build fun but challenging choreography sequences, master specific hip hop skills and bring joyful energy to the dance floor.

Join us for longform improv which is a theater art form that honors the art of group storytelling. Each week, through super fun games and spirited collaboration, students will gain confidence speaking in a group, learn how to find agreement and support by being team players and listen carefully and bring their individual truth and honesty to their sharing. They’ll create characters on the spot, dive into settings from their own imaginations and weave scenes together to create their own script-less mini plays by the end of the semester.

The ultimate intro to Musical Theater! This a fun and creative opportunity for young performers to explore the exciting realms of singing, acting and dancing and truly build an ensemble. Bakers & Shakers is a cooking program designed to teach students nutrition while exposing them to kitchen skills, measuring with math and science. Students will learn how to prepare their own individual recipes.

This class is designed for learners in grades K-3, who are new to Mandarin or have had some exposure in the past.
